Well in reebs - great spot.
Just looking at the Pertemps Qualifier at Punchestown, surely the majority of the field has little chance of getting in the final? Last year's bottom weight in the final ran off a mark of 137 yet looking at today's field in Punchy, you'd think only one of the top 5 would get in if winning the race? Does this mean they all might actually be trying today? If so I'll throw up Guided By You down the bottom![]()
Interesting Hunter 'Chase in Doncaster. Pacha Du Polder makes his season debut after almost a year out and in theory he would have to win easily and get in shape to revalidate his triumph last year at the Cheltenham Foxhunter. That said, the jockey who plays him today makes his debut under rules and I do not know if the nerves will make an appearance no matter how superior the horse is. Kilfinichen Bay and Hard Station also do a lot that do not run and it's hard to trust them. Ardea 5/1 has the form to its favor and with a good jockey on it can perhaps surprise.
Gutted used to back that horse all the time. Warden hill is in Cheltenham where my family are from.Hahaha, the only one I have not named has been the winner, Warden Hill. Yesterday night and today in the morning 40/1, SP 2/1. Ardera second and Pacha Du Polder very badly.
Isnt the idea NOT to hose up in a Pertemps Qualifier?????
One out of three ain't bad 11/1Two for me today don 5.00 daydream aulumes like this trainer/jockey combo, have a chance in the other bumper but this is their best. Lud 3.00 wildmoor boy, been off for a year but looked progressive a while back winning a competitive handicap at Cheltenham . Once again like the trainer/jockey/combo.
