A bit like a terrace ?
Yes. But sitting down would be an ejectable offence until terraces were reintroduced.
A bit like a terrace ?
And the eight highest pl wage bill.£159million, 3rd highest in England behind only Man Utd and Liverpool and 13th highest in Europe.
As PLT said - both will be attractive and will sell if the price is right.Who do you think would be more attractive to a potential buyer, us or Sunderland?

I wouldn't buy either if I won £2 billionSo, if you won the £141million on Euromillions tonight you would buy Sunderland not City?I don't believe you.
Not ejected, just trodden on. Been there before, Barnsley away in that old wooden side stand they put us in when we complained that it was raining...A bit like a terrace ?
It would cost £2bn to prise it away from the alllams....and another £6m for the SMTI wouldn't buy either if I won £2 billion

It's worth about a pound since these two got to work on it.
Thought it was bought for a pound imp? So was their purchase price? If they get their purchase price out, and 7 years of interest payments @4-5% on their gift, then sell for £1 its win-win.
If they sell it for £30m then the club will almost certainly be £30m in debt straight away.

Are we still 70 ?? Guessing million in debt still?
Yes, but the price of the otherwise less attractive one will reflect that. One is more attractive for a potential buyer though.

Put a decent side together at Sunderland and you'll have 40,000 there every week. You cannot say that about us, or many other clubs outside the PL for that matter.
Given the choice I'd buy a Rolls Royce rather than a banger.
Yet hundreds of bangers are sold every day. Because they're sold significantly cheaper than Rolls Royces. Why would football clubs be any different? Of course Sunderland are a better prospect than us, no one is disputing that. That doesn't mean they should be easier to sell though. Just that they should be sold for more. It completely baffles me that so many people seem to think that incredibly basic economics doesn't apply to football clubs.

Oh cr*p forgot that, £2,000,600,100 plus vat and a 2% credit card fee.Is that with or without the gate?
The amount owed to Allamhouse after 6 months of ownership was £41m. I assume that is the purchase price (don't know why £30m is rolling around my head) and some working capital to help liquidity.
