Fair enough - I think there’s more to it and he’s ultimately going to lose out, which is a sad state of affairs.

Hopefully Watt has put a few quid aside from his time in football, because it’s hard to see him as a pro for much longer.
It’s hard to see many more clubs/ managers giving Watt a chance. I can see him ending up back at a club in Scotland this time. Maybe one of the SPL giants like Ross County or Hamilton.
He is of an age where some clubs will still
take a short term risk with him. 9 different clubs in 7 years sort of tells a story.
He is a waste of space.
Obviously able to talk the talk though when it comes to persuading clubs to give him (another) chance.
We loaned him to Hearts, but they sent him back. Something like 1 goal in 11 games. Probably gave up waiting for him to get fit.
