As funny as it might be, United can afford it. As Arsenal are finding out, affording Jonny Evans is not possible without winning 'Wenger's 4th Place Trophy'.

I think The Smug One is a massive knob, as you all do, and I would also love nothing more than for the media darlings to be exiled from the CL, yet again.
However, I experienced an almost sexual delight when Arsenal failed to make top 4 last season, and had to drop down to playing "Europey" footy (that was the derogative term most Gooners used for the competition when we first began to break into the European footy scene - or "Spursday" night football, etc).
I want to experience that pleasure again. It was fantastic!
I'm getting hard merely at the thought that time is running out for the Gunners to make top 4, and that whilst we have got most of our tough games out of the way, they haven't.
