Antonio Conte continuing to push for that pay off.... "I have to speak more with the managers who are very, very good at persuading their clubs to spend money to buy top players. I think I'm a bit of a disaster to convince the club to buy players. I think in this aspect I can improve a lot. I have to learn a lot from the other coaches, the other managers, in that aspect." If I'm one of their recent signings, I'm not feeling the love.
He could have saved a lot of time and just said Roman is a prick. Only question left is will he last the season.
As long as Spurs qualify for the CL next season ... It would be funny if the Goons qualified and Man Utd did not.
As funny as it might be, United can afford it. As Arsenal are finding out, affording Jonny Evans is not possible without winning 'Wenger's 4th Place Trophy'.
Sorry, but absolutely no way! I think The Smug One is a massive knob, as you all do, and I would also love nothing more than for the media darlings to be exiled from the CL, yet again. However, I experienced an almost sexual delight when Arsenal failed to make top 4 last season, and had to drop down to playing "Europey" footy (that was the derogative term most Gooners used for the competition when we first began to break into the European footy scene - or "Spursday" night football, etc). I want to experience that pleasure again. It was fantastic! I'm getting hard merely at the thought that time is running out for the Gunners to make top 4, and that whilst we have got most of our tough games out of the way, they haven't. Uggghhhhnnn! Oh, so sorry, boys! I came.
He could have saved a lot of time and just said Roman is a prick. Only question left is will he last the evening. Fixed it for you.
With my proviso, there are various amusing combos that will be a real laugh come May. The one that I would die laughing of (all of Chelsky/Goons/Poool not qualifying) is sadly/fortunately not going to happen.
Looks like the press are starting to notice the emperor's balls are flapping in the wind... https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...ho-rafael-benitez-manchester-united-newcastle
From the club who have given us all these who have been known to take a dive -– Torres, Gerrard, Sterling, Lucas, Firmino, Carroll, Berger, Owen, Coutinho, Rodriguez, Mane, Sturridge, N’gog, Benteke, Bellamy……and of course Suarez! No one here defending Alli (no one here defended Bale when he did it) but with your lot it really is a case of pots and kettles
They've got an 11 point deficit to overcome - as well as having to finish above either Chelsea or Liverpool too in those circumstances. You'd get good odds if you fancy a bet.
Chelsea probably have the toughest run-in of the lot. They've still to play fixtures against: United [A] 25/2 Citeh [A] 4/3 Us [H] 1/4 Liverpool [H[ 5/5 Chuck in a couple of derbies against The Spammers [H] and Palace [H] and away games at Burnley, Swansea and Newcastle and that's a few tricky ones out of the remaining 11.
Afraid it's time to say goodbye to WBA.They are playing like losers and their manager is a loser.Has he managed in the second div?
