And which one makes the main headlines lol.

They like to make an issue out of benefit fraud which normally is a fraction of the loss, yet the rich get away with it!!!!

I'm amazed that in the aftermath of the systemic tax evasion at and by Rangers that the entire club system didn't get audited.

Surely theres enough in the call it oh 50 to 100 clubs that might be big enough to be up to stuff including scotland for this to get a dedicated to to harvest the cahs.

I mean catch one or two big fish and you've paid for yourself. Catch a club and its quids in.

Weren't Newcastle getting investigated a few months ago? Haven't heard anything about it since.

Doesn't suit tory policy of penalising those on benefits though does it.

Same as wanting to get rid of the NHS.

Rich ****ers in privileged jobs(ie politicians except cabinet ones) should be forced to use public services. Especially if they alledegedly represent the people.

Yeah, those "I'm alright jack" MP's that get free meals in the house of commons and tax free perks voting to do away with free school dinners for children who's parents claim benefits and voting to lessen the tax burden on the rich.

It's just the ****ed up country we live in, unlike yesteryear the working and unemployed classes just accept what's thrown at them these days and never rise up.

It wasn't for kids of benefit claiming parents, they'd still get free dinners. It was for ALL kids in years 1 and 2 getting free free school dinners. This as been the case for 3 years now, Tories were trying to get rid of it.

I'm talking about the new Universal Credit threshold that will mean kids already in poverty will lose their free school meals, the conservatives are heartless ****ers.
Although it affects kids all over the country this article shows the specifics of what I meant.

Rich people evading tax means government then tries to claw back a few quid from people who just can't afford it.
The fact that this is hugely immoral should be obvious to everyone - but of course the people who make the laws are the very ones who benefit from them.
The poor are routinely demonised in our right-wing Tory led media, to the point where large sections of the public are fooled into thinking that they are the problem, while those who can afford to pay find ways of avoiding it.
But then, I'm just a lefty Commie bastard who'd be sent back to Russia - except that they're as bad as us now.

Glenn Murray is the tip of a gigantic iceberg, there's no way those at the top are all paying what they owe.

It's all gone quiet on the offshore tax avoidance scheme investigation by HMRC, but it's not just the Gary Barlow's they're after, tax dodging is every bit as bad as benefits fraud, probably even worse considering the amount of money between the top and bottom in society.
haven't seen the details of the Glenn Murray case but it doesn't sound like Tax avoidance but evasion which is a different kettle of fish. With avoidance if HMRC decide the scheme doesn't meet its condition to be a compliant scheme they just reclaim the tax not paid plus interest this sounds more like evasion ala Harry"bent as ****" Redknapp which means a possible criminal case.

On the general point though too ****ing right it seems the more you have the easier it is to avoid paying your full whack of direct taxation.

****ing truly sick Lazio bastards, the kid was 15 and went through horrors that nobody should in their lives, shame on juventus fans too for turning their backs during the tribute to the little girl.

Lazio fined for anti-Semitic Anne Frank stickers against Roma

It always make me laugh... we have (quite rightly) tried our best to stamp racism, xenophobia and anti semitism from our football. There's still issues but compare to the likes of this?

Spain, Italy, and most of Eastern Europe continue to wallow in it and UEFA turn a largely blind eye.

Mourinho signed a contact extension until 2020 with a option for one more season.

Why negotiate halfway through an existing contract @Diego? <whistle>

Weirdly, the league cup final will have minimal disruption on the PL season as City were due to play at Arsenal on the day of the final.

That league game will be postponed until later in the season. it won't matter much for City's march to the title but may become a must win for Arsenal, to keep their Top-4 hopes alive.

Utd-Chelsea will still go ahead on the day of the final.

No wonder the world is ****ty in so many ways when some can't see beyond their own little lives to show some common decency.

It might effect Man City in the CL though

FL wonder why it’s still not taken super seriously... well playing a league game on same day of final may be one reason. People may end up talking more about the league game than the cup final.
