No it has to be agreed between both clubs. If they can't agree then the FL would intervene. But there's plenty of mid-week slots left in the season. Just find it strange they chose next week. Maybe it's just me !!
It seems all of the postponed Championship games from Saturday are being played on Tuesday night which does suggest that's the case !
Only way were getting 8 players in this window is if Ehab locks the door as it's a terrorist security risk
You say that as if it’s a joke but a lot of deals are structured like that. Not over a decade obvs but a £3m deal is often a million a year for 3 years. I reckon they’d take that £10m offer.
What I meant is, after being stung by insufficient due diligence on Geovanni's contract, I feel that they could quite vindictively pay it forward to the next owners, by burdening the club with some massive future liability whilst carrying their suitcases up to the helipad on the roof.
They definitely could, happens a lot in business with owners who want out. Due diligence should pick it up.
It could be well hidden I assume. Especially by an accountant and whatever posters like to think they're no mugs with money.
I’ve worked at companies that were sold where debt and financial obligations were only picked up years later.
I worked for a company a few years ago that was sold - the buying company waived the rights for due diligence. Crazy.
Either ask Aberdeen how much they want or take no for an answer. Still, its a bit strange Adkins travelling all that way to watch that one player unless the Dons have given us some kind of encouragement.
