2013, when Button or Hamilton won with McLaren? Everything since then has been Mercedes, Red Bull or a Ferrari with Vettel?

Oh it's a trick question , it's NOT about winners , it's about all 3 drivers and the national anthems of the constructors.
I think , credit where it is due , ASC has sussed this as well .

well, I've since looked up Pastor, and it happened in Spain 2012, and no German/Austrian team/driver were on the podium, so it qualifies, but whether it was the last time, I couldn't say, we must await the adjudicator
