Normal pal

Optimal blood pressure achieved by healthy diet and exercise, not drugs, is likely no more than 110 to 115/70 to 75. It's at this level, research has found, that people have the lowest risk of strokes, heart attacks, heart failure, and dying.

So perfectly normal is 110 to 115 the first figure and 70 to 75 second figure

You still have leeway each side of those figures but yours falls bank smack into perfectly healthy

For what its worth on the kids front:

I am not happy about the number of overseas kids that are been brought in, but I can see why its happening. Firstly and most important as far as we're concerned is that we dont have a pool of talent like we used to do, we dont have that production line anymore. bates made sure of that. He closed down the boarding facilities, got rid of the housekeeping staff, the education staff, the library, the best coaches around. He started charging parents ffs. All the best kids from clubs and schools all went to Man City, Everton and even Bradford City. I believe the plan is to build the quality back up to attract the best kids again. Secondly its a money maker, and it also gets around the fair play rules as investment in academies doesnt go onto the club spend on the balance sheet.

The second number is the key. 90 is the threshold for going on BP medication, so you're absolutely fine. Top number, they used to say it should be no higher than 100 + your age, but have modified it now & you're absolutely fine with that reading.

Bizarrely, I'm glad you're back in the hozzie. What I mean is that you'll get proper care in there - you don't want to face this living on your own. You managed to get a decent sleep yet? Did sitting upright to sleep help you too?

Unfortunately not. I didn' actually get any sleep. Some of that was worrying I' sure
 
It was a story in Southampton a couple of weeks ago when Van Dyke was sold to Liverpool that Pontus was wanted to replace him.

Now seems the question has been asked but if the response is true love it
