...absolutely spot on ... the slightly concerning thing is that our momentum is still upward at this point in time, with stadium expansion plans and the squad improving in quality and depth to an extent us 'olduns' could have only dreamt about growing up ... there is a danger that the young generation of our fans that did not experience the pre-King Power eras will have seriously unrealistic expectations
I disagree mate, I don't care that there's no longer the same 4 teams competing, what I don't like is that if you're 2nd/3rd the consensus seems to be that you're just utter ****, unless you're top of the league in which case you're the best PL team of all time. Liverpool won the CL and finished 5th in the league, Chelsea 6th the year they won it. Being first in the league doesn't mean the rest of the teams are just struggling wimps.
