I was annoyed when we signed McGovern. Off the back of 1 World cup bid of about 4 games.Looking beyond next week we could have a GK problem. I don't think McGovern will be here by the end of the window. Farke clearly does not rate him and sitting on the bench of a Championship side is not doing his International credentials any good at all. Unfortunately he is too short for a GK. He will not be on a huge wage and his future probably lies in Scotland. Our 3rd choice keeper is out of contract at the end of the season and is already on loan to Exeter. Would be no surprise if that was made a permanent move in this window leaving us with Angus and 2 even younger keepers. Happy with that? I'm not and I would be even unhappier if Angus picked up an injury. The Club also have to keep one eye on the future as there is no guarantee of keeping Angus next season. Apart from perhaps up front - and that applies whether Basil stays or goes - cannot see that we have desperate problems anywhere else. Slightly different take - anybody knows what the hell has happened to Jarvis? He surely can't be still injured.

Slightly more aggressive than usual. I like it.
Although, still glaze over club/team problems. You think that even if Nelson doesn't leave, we are good up front and good in attack? Have you watched any games this season? Even if we keep Jerome and Nelson. That is not enough to keep us up, now Pritchard has gone. Jerome has totally lost it, Nelson has no confidence. When he does get selected. DF seems to not like him anyway.
From watching us this season. I don't look at the side and think: GK is the reason we aren't playing football or getting results. If only we had a GK, we'd be up there competing for the title!
Is that because you were so passionate about the signing of McGovern? You must log in or register to see images

We are not far off that sh*t. Losing Pritchard. We are closer to it than the start of the window.Relegated? We ain't that bolloxed yet. by the end of the window I might agree, but if Tettey stays fit we can bumble along mid table no problem.
Bah!
Living in Nice does make it difficult to attend many games but you have misread what I said. I did in fact say that we HAVE problems up front whether Basil stays or goes. From what I have seen, heard and read, Basil brings nothing to the team and whilst Cameron works his socks off he isn't, never was and never will be, a goal scorer. He will also be 32 at the start of next season so his work rate might well start to drop.I was annoyed when we signed McGovern. Off the back of 1 World cup bid of about 4 games.

"It's a game we're looking forward to. We'll have a slightly different group to that night, with the likes of Todd Cantwell moving up and Adam Phillips going out on loan.
That's how I read it anyway. Catwell had wanted a loan move earlier, but may be just as happy to be with the senior team.

I think that is what we all see. And have seen for a few seasons now. Nothing ever changes.Living in Nice does make it difficult to attend many games but you have misread what I said. Quim ?He's now showing as No 36 in the 1st team squad - https://www.canaries.co.uk/Teams/First-Team/. Great move for the lad and let's hope he gets his chance even as a sub soon!!![]()

Yes we did, and we were f*cking awful! We'e played the majority of the season without Pritchard and are midtable, whilst he gave us a small chance of a lift out of an Ipswichesque midtable malaise. Tettey is far more critical. If we lose Madders to injury or transfer then I'm with you but, we ain't that bad yet.

Are we still discussing Cantwell or have we gone back to Quim ?He has been on the bench before this season so no reason why he shouldn't do so again. At last we have a manager taking a long term view by bringing on young players. It's good for the whole squad.

Pritchard came back and him and madders dragged us through the awful tactics.
So we have to see if Madders gets injured? If he does, I'm right, but the windows shut and we cant do anything about it? Sounds like a great plan. Are you on the Norwich Board?

Off topic, the U18s are drawing 2-2 now after Middleton's introduction to the action.
