Yeah really good crop of young English defenders coming through. We've also got a couple of promising young attacking Englishmen too in Eddie Nketiah and Riess Nelson <ok>
 
Anyway, 2nd half he were go. Hopefully we can tidy up in defence and keep them out. We've always got a chance with Sanchez, Ozil and Lacazette in the team

Gomez is a CB by trade. Just needed at RB but also plays LB (Burnley last game). He looks very good on the right of a back 3.

I really rate this kid and hope he ends up VVDs long term partner. Could be a perfect match.

Could be them four then as CB choices. I think Chilwell will be the LB going forwards. But it’s England so they will all forget to play at senior level

Luke Shaw will be England's LB at the World Cup if he stays fit.

Laugh away, I would have laughed too about a month ago.
