It's not bollocks though is it? They've built a state of the art training complex to the tune of £200m (under the radar of FFP) and they've enabled this through their owners who are in bed with the local council. You wanna build anywhere near their complex? Go see Manchester City council with your plans and they'll tell you that the cladding must be a certain shade of gold... why? Because the Sheikhs are going to end up owning the whole area.

It goes way deeper than that, it's pathetic, they take what they want and never take no for an answer and their accounts are testament to this.
Infrastructure investments fall outside FFP, because they’re errrrmmmm infrastructure developments <doh>

Infrastructure doesn't count under FFP does it?

So, what do you lads think the score is going to be tonight, Swansea v Spurs?

I'm going 1 - 1.

@PISKIE please bookmark this and come back to rip the piss if Spurs tear Swansea a new one, yeah?

Cheers, pal.
<ok>

I'm hedging my bets, Sucky.

Because this is a match that our lads are expected to walk, they'll go in complacent and end up ****ing about, and barely scrape the draw.

Hope I'm wrong.

What's the gay smiley for I just said under the radar of FFP, as in it doesn't register, is that your only answer then, cartoon faces?

That defeat must have hurt last night.

I'm not sure how to call the Saints v Palace match.

Palace are definitely on the ascent and will give Saints a tough match.

And whilst Saints enjoy home advantage, they've looked a bit fragile over the past few games.

I'm going for a narrow Palace win, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a draw.

We're bottom of the form table over the past 6 games. Can't score goals, always cough up chances and have a bit of a makeshift defence. Meanwhile they're in a good bit of form at the moment with attacking players playing well.

Fair to say a Palace win looks pretty likely, can't believe they're more than 3/1 in some places.
