  • An eighth consecutive match without a win would be their worst run in the top flight since a 10-game sequence from November 2004 to January 2005.
Luckily we left it to a trip to Old Trafford to put the run to bed. <yikes>
 
Looks like Coutinho is off. Nike were advertising getting his name on the back of the Barca shirt on all their websites, translated into loads of different languages as well. Can't see a company like Nike doing that unless they had some inside info, just someone getting too eager and putting it on there early. It has since been removed.

Did we? I’m not sure we did. We hadn’t won a league game at Old Trafford for 27 years until Tadic’s winner under Koeman.

Not wishing to ruin the gag, but that 10 game winless run was following a 2-1 win v Pompey and ended with a 2-0 win against Pellyegrino and Liverpool. We lost 3-0 in December at Old Trafford.
 
If Palace don't win this, Townsend might not be able to get to sleep tonight.
 
Jason should have seen red for that, not yellow. That said, if this injury puts him out of Tuesday anyway, then that's fine.
