I just realised that formally nothing can be signed til jan 1 according to rules so thats when this will be announced. "From January 1, foreign clubs are able to hold formal negotiations with the 22-year-old, who has netted 18 goals in 127 appearances for the German side." Thats can ****ed off then nicely. now we just need timo horn for 5mil @Tobes and a no 6 type controlling playmaker and we are good. A free like this is great business.

If true, this would be a great signing for so many reasons. Also, I really hope we let Woodburn go out on loan. Given our FA cup tie against Everton and the likelihood of us battling for top 4 right until the end, I just can't see him getting any games for us atm.
