Know what you mean....yesterday I had TWO glasses of wine. A 100% increase on my normal alcohol intake. Oh, the shame, the shame.

Buying saints players is great fun and it Sounds like everyone in the top 5 will be putting in a bid for VVDick in January. Think it's pretty obvious he's going to be little use to us and we have bigger problems to solve.
Funny how it wasn't an exorbitant fee in the summer, but is now. Maybe the reality is that 'pool can't afford to play with the big boys so try to do their business via the tapping up/unsettling method in the hope of getting the player cheap because the player forces a move. The big numbers are just bandied around to keep their delusional fans happy and maintain the impression that they are a big club. Next year is their year though, so that might change.
Imagine how excited everyone would be (players and fans) and the lift at the club if we were to somehow get Tuchel interested. Mind you, he’s anything but a ‘yes’ man which might fly in the face of what Les likes. Then again, neither was RK.
Of course Koeman was Les’s first appointment. My feeling is that the deterioration of their relationship and Koeman’s reluctance/failure to stick to the club line is what turned Les against the idea of having a strong character in charge.
