Ollie's been saying we need a bit of luck and looks like we got it today. I sincerely hope this is a change in fortune and not the herald of another run of luckless form! Well done the lads.
Great result. We needed that. A genuine 6-pointer. Really chuffed for Jack Robinson; playing well and now banging in a couple of goals to win the game. Well deserved after a really tough time with injuries - long may it continue. We really need to sort out that front line; seems like they got some good service from crosses - so you really expect one of them to get onto something. Anyway ... it’s a win; it’s away; it’s time to crack open a bottle and celebrate!
Without wishing to open a religious thread... It seems that Saint Andrew really is the Patron Saint of QPR away wins!
Here's a question: If we had Charlie Austin, and Hall and Ned hadn't got injured, would we be worse off than Wolves?
The last time I remember us getting a manager sacked ( Kevin Blackwell, Sheff U, Aug 2010 ) we went on to win the league.
That’s it then, nailed on. Can anyone who was at or who watched the game tell me if we were any good, or if Birmingham were just dire, or both? I don’t need us to have been good, the win was enough, just curious.
Serious question - when does Robinsons contract run out? Whenever it is, we need to get it extended ASAP before the vultures come swooping on one of our prize assets. I'd hope that after the club have stood by him during all his injuries that he'd show a bit of loyalty, but this is football and the only loyalty shown by anyone is by us fans!
Yes. But here’s a question. Why is there a fruit called a grapefruit when there’s already a fruit called a grape?
They are challenging us for the team-that-keeps-on-giving-the-most trophey. They are probably going to be the only team to lose at home to us in 2017, and do it TWICE!
