My big ****ing sausage fingers. You know I think you're a don mate. Yeah man, it was a pleasure to work that bar. I'm genuinely considering becoming a professional bar man you know? Apart from care it's the one job I loved. I've developed a good pallet for liqueur too but I'm older, wiser and much more sensible. Seems the right time to have a venture into that area. I know the owner to an award winning cocktail bar in darlo called Voodoo. Could be an in, me and my lady spend a lot of time there.
