Although they got a break for the free kick which led to the first goal, Arsenal fully deserve to be 2 up. They've been outstanding.
It wasn't, agreed. But equally, it was never a FK in my book for Spurs, when Arsenal tapped home after Ozil's "push".
Biggest ever title winning margin is 18 points, it probably counts as an underachievement if Man City don't break that.
Probably more of a difficult question to find the answer to, but the earliest date in the season that the title has been secured? That too must be under threat, whatever it is.
Apparently dived for their penalty. I've not seen it myself, but I read fairly strong suggestions that he should be the first PL player to receive a retrospective ban for diving.
I know I alluded to it earlier, but I can see Swansea becoming the next Sunderland. Making short term managerial decisions, simply in an effort to try and survive. I suspect it'll only take a few more losses until the plug is pulled on Clement. They've probably lose their DNA over the past 18 months or so even more than we have. To the extent that, should WBA sack Pulis, I could see Swansea going for him. Two or three years ago, the thought of Swansea ever considering Pulis would have been laughable.
Agreed, I actually think Albion sacking Pulis would be a mistake, but you probably know the mood up there better than me.
