Right, bollocks to all this ****ing around. I don’t care who’s got beef with anybody else or what personal agendas are trying to be played out here. Too many strings being pulled here. Some bets are on. Some are off. Some are cancelled. Some were agreed then changed. Some claiming they didn’t understand what they agreed to and now want to back out, whilst wanting other bets to stand.

**** all that ****. All bets that were agreed are either ON or all bets that were agreed are OFF.

That is my final position on this shower of ****ing ****e and if you don’t like it you can gobble my ****ing fat schlong.

Spurlock you caught on to my bet in an instant and realised it was a trick and fair play to you we settled in the normal terms.
Hiag that well known Cambridge don and hot **** lawyer didn’t catch on at all and agreed to my bet and it’s terms. You did post it in the OP.

Then Hiag rumbled what he had indeed agreed to, but only after it was pointed out by Piskie, and Hiag beeled and moaned and stated all bets with all Gooners off - that’s when you deleted my bet with Hiag.

So either:
Hiag has to endure the forfeit for not going through with an agreed bet
or Hiag honours the agreed bet
or all bets are off.

If Hiag can choose which bets he wants to agree, then cancel, then have reinstated, then that choice is available to all.

The only one who is ****ed here is you HIAG.

Once again you have tried to **** with the rules and welch on bets that you had agreed.

As has been pointed out. If you want to be allowed to make bets, cancel them, then reinstate them. Then everybody else has the right to do likewise.

So have you got the stones to honour the bets you agreed to or do they all remain cancelled as you demanded that they were ?

This isn’t a pick and mix sweet shop HIAG. You can’t pick up a sweet, take a bite, then decide you don’t like it and put it back. You’ve taken a bite of all of them, now you have to pay for all of them.
 
According to HIAG’s ‘rules’ I could apply the same logic and decide that I want to cancel all my bets and then decide at a later date whether I want to choose which ones to reinstate.

nah Gooner was sneaky.

Fosses on the other hand was pretty crystal clear and you walked right into that one.... :bandit:

I don't think even @Skylarker or @Spurlock can save you from that one (well 1 of these 2 bumboys tried and said "who makes a 4 year bet" in a mocking tone before going onto make a lifetime bet with bod)

G4E’s was a curve ball, that’s why Spulock dodged it. HIAG didn’t though, he had the chance to assess it (and being a Lawyer he’s used to dealing with the fine details of deals) and he accepted the bet, so whatever excuse he tries to give, it doesn’t wash

As you say, Fosse’s was crystal clear, there’s no excuse whatsoever for trying to back out of that one.

Then there is the issue of HIAG still needing to honour our original avatar bet.

He either honours all bets or none of them. He can’t pick and choose which ones he likes.

Bobby Dazzler I have no such bet.

I have 2 bets (i think) and I'm extremely confident I'll win.
