Jack Carter would have done well to see the Humber Bridge when he arrived in 1971. Ludicrously poor photo choice there!

Get Carter is one of my favourite films. A tour of GC sites that I attended in 2007 with a group of City meffs is still talked about today, and not just because of the comedy vertigo attack at the top of the Gateshead car park.
 
The show must come to an end, even for those who seem invincible and are "loved" by everyone.
