Selective with that one. Obama was criticised for the amount of golf he was playing. Trump even criticised Obama for playing so much golf while in the top job.

There is a score on politifact.com (linked at the end where there is an Obama vs Trump golf tracker. Trump is winning 29 - 22 as of October:

However, no matter how much golf Obama played, Trump is and will always be a chump (not a champ).

*Just my opinion...or maybe a bit more popular than I imagine :)

I’m aware Obama played golf, and aware Trump criticised him (comically enough). Except that the tracker is inaccurate as they even state in article, plus Trump as I understand it has played golf 75 times so far (that’s confirmed by his staff/days spent at one of his golfing residences, where you’d make a reasonable presumption he is playing golf). Once every four days of his presidency.

Point being anyhow, the guy is a nugget, as is Koeman.

Alan Stubbs on five live currently - “the staff at the academy felt like they were being ignored. He separated the first team from anything to do with the academy which was awkward”.

    Sounds familiar...

Doing that (as he did at Saints) suggests a man concentrating on his own career whilst having little interest in the club as a whole. In fairness, the tenure of most managers is so short that that is understandable on one level....but also smacks of selfishness. Other managers manage to combine their job with an interest in the development of youngsters careers. He did something even worse at Saints....actually said in public that none of the Academy players were good enough.....that can be a private thought, but must have gone down like a lead balloon at Saints.

My mate, who is an Everton supporter, rang the club yesterday afternoon and asked to speak to Mr Koeman and was told "I am very sorry sir but Mr Koeman is no longer with the club but I have told you that twenty five times today already so why do you keep calling to ask to speak to him?" to which my mate replied that he just liked hearing her tell him that Koeman had left.

I see Koeman is blaming his sacking on not being able sign players.

"We sold Lukaku for £90m. Our most expensive purchase, the Icelander Gylfi Sigurdsson, cost half.

"It's a lot of money, but in England you work in a world of different numbers. Players here all cost a lot more than they are actually worth. That's how the market works."

Poor Koeman, no wonder he is in the relegation zone. What team in the PL can compete when they are only able to spend £45m on a single player?

Maybe Louis Van Gaal wasn’t the dickhead after all.

    ???

A few games here and there were a pleasure to watch. The rest was pretty much hoofball.

Still hoofball that led to more goals than we’ve had over the season and a bit since. There’s definitely times we need to accept we’re not Barca and optimise what we’ve got.
