Last season he was falling on his sword too much by sticking with his philosophy when we could see that he needs to sit back and get the attacking teams on the break. That's not parking the bus...that's game management. This season he has learned to trust his plan B.

The old HIAG won't have done - he still feels he was hard done by (so I understand). However, new HIAG is a completely different beast. He doesn't go for all that "taking the piss out of Mousers on their own board" ****. The new HIAG should be given the chance to prove himself.
