I never tire of watching that goal, with or without the Titanic music. What's not often appreciated is that Shane started his run to get on the end of Sims' pass from our own penalty spot, and he was a good 15 yards behind Sims when he started. He outstripped everyone else on the pitch over nearly 90 yards to get into a shooting position, and still had the composure to finish perfectly.He gives his all and looks like he really gives a **** which fans will always love in this era of modern greedy footballers.
