I've been a City fan for 40 odd years and I've no reason to lie. He's full of ****.

Eddie Healey was quoted years ago as saying that he wouldn't like to be involved as he liked living round here and it always goes wrong as far as football club chairmen are concerned. His nasty experience during a robbery at his home only confirmed his desire to keep out of the spotlight.
The daughter of a poster on here used to knock about in the same crowd as one of his sons years ago and heard from him his dad's thoughts on the matter.
He had his collar pulled up and a baseball cap on, he wasn't wearing a plastic identikit from Dinsdales. joke shop. I didn't know who he was at the time. He was with an ex manager of a local football club and it's this bloke who was a relative of my mate which is why we were sat with them.

This was well established a long time ago, the thread has moved onto to why they have no interest and the main reason is because of the aggravation it would bring as witnessed by other families. What is not to understand ?
