Well, I thought I'd see what all the fuss is about and had my fish and chips from the Grosvenor - NEVER again!!! . The chips were quite good, but I'm not convinced that the fish was properly cooked yet I'd to wait for it.
As for the music they play .......
Back to Stafford Street for me next time.
At least I've got a pint of Mad Goose in the QoI.

I went to a pub with a country and bluegrass band with a cider festival and thai street food. The food was good, the band were ok but played limited country and no bluegrass at a barely passable level. The cider was by all accounts warm but that's ok cause I was drinking revisionist stout which was yummy.
What was the score today?

I've just read the article Cromer and I HAVE to disagree. Quite regularly in the Bell, there isn't an IPA that I enjoy at £2.75 for 568ml, but I can GUARANTEE getting a 500ml bottle of Green Devil for a mere £2.99 or an extra 24p!!! NO CONTEST!!

I think I've died and gone to heaven - the Bell is selling Jaipur (5.9% ABV) for just over £2 a pint (CAMRA voucher and 7.5% off all prices!!!!)
