Facey messenger mainly. Any form of instant contact really, there's nothing convenient about sending and waiting to receive, log into email, reply, repeat.
I just didn't think anyone really would use email anymore for personal use, I meant no offence like ha.
Regardless of whatever communication is used customer service from almost all companies is effing naff. Whether messenger, whats up, facey, e-mail or even a phone call. Bet most of my communication is used in training videos.
