I've seen some pictures of the other 'lady'. She didn't look like £50m worth to me, but my eye sight's not what it once was, nor is my tolerance of being homeless.

Oh over the years to come, how he's going to wish that he and his money we're now in China. No chance of Colleen getting her hands on his dosh over there. It's gonna be the most expensive divorce ever seen in Liverpool.

And she just happened to have a brake light out and some perceptive copper noticed it before she had to go through with it.
How... fortuitous.

We're supposed to process 1 unit per hour and the limit's about 1.5, IIRC.
That would mean she had about 17 units, give or take.
A normal pint is about half a unit, so if she'd had 9 then it would be close.
Believable.

Everyone is different but that's 2 bottles of wine for most people, maybe nearer 3 for many. That's pretty darned pissed unless she's hiding the effects of long-term hard drinking very well.
 
I don't know the specifics but the difference between 2x the limit and 3x the limit is apparently large - more a geometric than an arithmetic progression.

Why is Denmark's Eriksen taking good set-pieces? Assists from corners and goals from free-kicks?
Anyone remember the last time that he did that for us?
Not knocking him, as he's been generally great, but that part of his game's gone to pot recently.
