CL hasn't started so that's not the reason. Chelsea game was TV and Burnley because they played League Cup mid week (guess)
Burnley was because Wembley was staging the Rugby League Cup final on Saturday.
Burnley was due to the RL Challenge Cup final being played at Wembley on the Saturday.
There may be other events which determine whether Saturday is a viable day for a Spurs game.
....and unsurprisingly PSG are being investigated by UEFA over FFP.
