CL hasn't started so that's not the reason. Chelsea game was TV and Burnley because they played League Cup mid week (guess)
Burnley was due to the RL Challenge Cup final being played at Wembley on the Saturday. There may be other events which determine whether Saturday is a viable day for a Spurs game.
....and unsurprisingly PSG are being investigated by UEFA over FFP. Didn't see that one coming. Not that there'll be any consequence, of course.
Could mean that Draxler comes to Spurs, Small consolation to Dier Hard though (who was in the midnight Wicker man. < oops >
Amnesty International are investigating Arsenal http://waterfordwhispersnews.com/20...atchdog-urges-arsenal-to-stop-torturing-fans/
That's very unfair to UEFA. They've established that if you've got the money to flout the regulations, you will also need the money to pay off the regulators.
Is there some rule in footballer's contracts that prohibits them from using taxis or hiring drivers? It's clearly not finances that stops them from doing so, so I'm hoping that it's based on something other than utter stupidity.
I think there was a clue in one paper who said he was driving a car that belonged to his 'young lady passenger'
Leave the car. Get a cab. Don't get caught cheating on your missus and get slaughtered in the papers. Better yet, get two separate cabs so the cabby can't grass on you. I'd suggest not cheating in the first place, but I think that we all know he's not new to that game. Or women on it.
Yeah, but he's a thick scouser. She was probably half pissed too, so he thought he'd drive her home and get his leg over.
He obviously forgot that, while he could get away with it when he was England captain, he's not England captain anymore.
