Ok, after reading the "what is social media" argument on the transfer thread, the reason for drifting away is coming back to me.

What happened to Tickles in the meantime?

We think he was Ron black a. Bloke who was with the OSC .he died.
 
France drew 0-0 with Luxembourg yesterday.

Luxembourg hitting the inside of the post late on.

Just saying.
 
What doesn't help Southgate is playing two defensive midfielders against a team that are never going to trouble us. We could've played just one defender and been fine. I still watch England when I can but the football is horrendously boring. 4-0 flattered us and wasn't a true reflection of how the game went. Hopefully tonight will be a better game. As always though, I cant wait for the world cup and watching at the pub with mates, makes a great atmosphere.

I don't disagree but when you say it doesn't help, we won 4-0. Always seems like when England win, even by a big score, the result is immaterial to most people. I can't imagine it would be the same if we played well and lost.

I can see what you're saying I just don't understand the need for 2 defensive minded players against teams such as Malta. But as you say, we won which is the main thing.
