At least our DoF, Danny Rose, can be happy that he isn't the biggest twat at the club any more. He's probably not our best full back either.
Levy will be checking the fax machine is working as we speak. And ignoring calls from Newcastle. Once bitten
I suppose I should have said know of him. Lloris as captain of France must have many contacts at PSG amongst others...
I'm sure Lloris does know PSG's French players. Both of them! I get what you mean, but they're really not all that on local talent, NSIS. I think that we've got more Belgians or Argentinians than they've got Frenchmen.
As captain of the French national side he's bound to know a reasonable amount about a player who has played for one of the top sides in the Ligue one. Lloris must hear a lot about what goes on in that league.
You'd expect him to have some idea, but he'd hear a lot of it from players, I'd have thought. Aurier seems pretty popular with his teammates, by all accounts, so I wouldn't rely on what they'd say. Ibrahimovic probably doesn't speak that highly of him, though! It seems that he's a good player but that he makes some stupid decisions off the field. Will removing him from Paris help in that regard? Time will tell, I guess. It's something that we should be looking to work on immediately though, if he does sign.
Foyth confirmed. Now get Aurier in a shirt and let's spend all of tomorrow unsettling Chelsea, City and United players
Just reading on the BBC that Delph was a target of Stoke. Two points (1) if Delph and Sterling leave, how does that work with Citeh's "home grown" component and (2) yet another Englishman perhaps ruinining his career by going to the "big club" (and it didn't help Aston Villa much either). And how about a Chelski lotto? How many players will Chelski loan out today? How long will it be before Chelski players are in the majority in other leagues? How many players do they have to loan to other PL clubs before the league gets it into their head that this might just be giving Chelski an advantage? How long will it be before young players realise they shouldn't sign for Chelski because they will never ever ever get to be a regular first team player there? OK, scratch that last one. Will never happen.
I can't believe that's everything. We're bound to try and pull a stroke before tomorrow night. Just ignore any communication from Fat Mike Ashley..
But they don't care, because they end up as regulars either at other Premier League clubs or in top leagues elsewhere. That's a lot more than most academies can offer players.
