Barcelona to make fourth £130m bid for Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho, Man City ready to pay £70m for Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez We assess the big rumours doing the rounds in Europe today as Barcelona haven't given up on Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho and Manchester City step up pursuit of Alexis Sanchez. http://sport360.com/article/footbal...ready-to-pay-70m-for-arsenals-alexis-sanchez/
Holy crap....what will City's line up look like with Sanchez in it!!?? As for Barca's offer. If it's £130 with a decent lump sum up front, take it. This entire episode is leaving a black cloud over our club and he sure as hell isnt worth £130m....not yet anyway....although I do believe that he's about to enter his best years and could very well become one of the best in the world. Could.
Ah **** off Diego. The two you mentioned get the "insider info" they post from imaginary "sources" and the "gossip columns" of the tabloids you don't have time for.....
I agree. Must be a real offer, if not reject. Ig its a real amount all up front accept otherwise stuff it.
No way will Wenger part company with Sanchez for that price when there's more money than in the vaults of Fort Knox flying around for supposedly lesser players than the Chilean.
It won't be all up front. That ain't gunna happen. But if it was a real £130m offer, not with ridiculous clauses, we can borrow what they owe us to reinvest in our team. This would mean the value, assuming the offer is a real £130m would be around £110-£115m. If there's one thing that I trust FSG to know, it's the value of money. However if £50m of their offer is totally unrealistic. Tell them swivel and move on.
If he is selling, he is not selling to rivals. I wonder why Barcelona has not seen Alexis Sanchez as a target.
All designed to get further into Courts and his advisers head. A coded message to say "ramp up being a ****"
That's the issue. Imo they are playing to their fans. 16mil up front and 16mil per year is a offer asking for rejection. Until they offer a real amount the guy is stuck. And I don't think they really want him... or if they do they are only on a nice to have buzz
And our message to them is Barca need to make a real offer. I think the only time he really has to get nasty is if he goes in international duty but then the issue is he will be on the wrong continent when the window shuts.
Well if they do buy him, I have a feeling that we'll be in a similar position ourselves for the last few days of the window.
Barcelona hand Liverpool a Philippe Coutinho ultimatum - but could bid £140m http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spor...ona-hand-liverpool-philippe-coutinho-13502352
Barca said they'd add an extra couple of quid if Couthinho climbs Mount Everest blindfolded with one arm tied behind his back.....but they'd pay it over the next 5 seasons minus VAT.
Found this proper Barca forum, some of them on their are reasonable but some are like this tosser. By the way. Mahrez wants out. Mahrez plays and plays well. There are a few players who could take a leaf out of his book.
