Meh.

He ignores the fact that thry tried to get la liga to block the neymar move and also whined to UEFA about ftp.

But no you never keep a player who wants to go..But you don't give them away either.... pony up chumps.

I take it they deem that doing all they could to keep Neymar at their club, including initially refusing to accept PSG's cheque, is not 'Normal circumstances'?
