I've never been able to find a decent bookies who offer cash outs on acca wins with BTTS.
 
Imagine winning nowt though after that, stiffy all day in anticipation and it ends 0-0

Then Sunderland score 5 and Bury score 3 in extra time <laugh>

I've never placed bets of this winning magnitude so wouldn't know anything about that! Would a bookie do that instead of hoping for the best?

Bookies are like any other business mate they'll have a team of analysts looking at risk. They'll also consider though the positive publicity of his bet wins, when someone lands on of these thousands of fools will try and fail to replicate it the next round of games.

Loses £3 but still has a cracking stress ulcer..
