The Allams are definitely his pay masters

I earn more now then what they offered me, so I just provide a counter argument free of charge to combat the blinkered 1 sided view on here :)

BTW I still think they should go and I still would have liked to see more signings at this point

Do you have to be a all the time and just pick and choose bits of posts to try and make yourself look better..... I said certain players, not All! You've been around long enough to know what I said is 100% true and exactly what will happen with some players!

We've got no team left, we've lost players to Aberdeen and Fleetwood Town this window, but it's okay as it doesn't upset you personally.

You post apologist ****e, I can pull you up on any part of your posts, they're all really ****y. <laugh>

We both agree on your last point.
Otherwise come 2018 we may planning away days in League 1.

Shame to see Huddlestone go. I know he dipped in form at times but he was a class act and it was rather a coup for us to get him.

Now he's scarpering first chance he gets to go to a rival where another of our best larkers has just gone.

I wonder how much thought he had to put into our latest contract offer?

We won't get a midfielder of equal talent for £2m in my opinion.

So a player chooses to go play his football somewhere else it means our club is falling to bits and the owners are ****? Seriously stop being a complete ****ing knob jockey for once and look at it from a football point of view....maybe just maybe they went Because they where getting more chance of first team football? Maloney has been here ages and has never had a good run of first team football and at his point in his career he maybe just wants games? Same with the young lad....maybe he wants to leave to play games to further his career in the long term?

Just because you don't agree or like what I post doesn't mean it's ****y..... I think your a complete bellend who likes to pretend he knows more then he actually does and also gets off on the fact people lap up your constant put down of anyone who doesn't follow your line or bow down to the "big I am" that is OLM, but I wouldn't call your posts ****y, I'd just call them another way you like to have your ego massaged ;)

That's the key phrase when it comes to Hudd. He may not set the world alight every time he plays or with every pass/shot/tackle he makes, but where do you get another Hudd for 2m? Spot on, especially in the position we are currently in.

People saying that the Allams are savvy business people that know the path to financial redemption lies in returning to the Premier League. You need to answer one question - if that's the case, why did they criminally under invest last season and allow the club to tumble out of the Premier League? Let's not forget Silva performed miracles to even get close to survival in May.

Ehab backed getting Roberto Martinez as manager. When that didn't happen he flopped about a bit and ended up with Mike Phelan. After the start of the season he gambled on Phelan keeping us up. Then waited too long before appointing Silva.

The Allams look after the pennies and keep the club on a tight rein. I think that is something different from being savvy businessmen. I don't think they are very good at running a football club.

If they are going to buy players this window they'll want the money in the bank before spending it hence the sale of players. If they are competent the deals for our purchases will be close to being done. If they're not we'll have a mad last day unless they are pocketing the cash.

Blimey, that escalated quickly

It's not that, I've read a lot of your apologies/defence of the allams. My verdict is you're not worth it. Don't have time in my life for pointless discussion, when all the evidence is laid out before you.
Wake up and smell the coffee.

Tbf I don't like coffee :)

All seriousness though, I don't just defend them, when they do wrong in my eyes I will say, as I have before! At the moment the window is still wide open and there is still a hell of a lot of time to go and business to be done in the window.....i personally won't pull them to bits while they still have time to sign players and improve the squad. If the window shuts and they haven't done it then fair enough I'll say my bit and air my view on how poorly they have done.

I want quality in the window, not just early signings to keep me happy

1. Slutz is a tactical genius with fabulous contacts
2 Slutz is average and with very few contacts; only the media bigged him up & only Hull City was blinded
3. Slutz is an opportunist who wanted to get into a potentially lucrative market no matter what level or wherever he would have to start.
4. Slutz is an affable chancer and will give it a go
5. Slutz has pedigree but is very likely to walk due to a distinct lack of incoming players and the hemorrhaging of what was there

Pick one or please add you own additions if none of the above are acceptable

No 3 for me

Huddlestone's blown hot and cold in the past couple of seasons, but he was like a new player under Silva and he was one of our best players in 2017.

Anyone who thinks us losing him for peanuts doesn't matter is a bit of a Herbert and no mistake.
I think this may be a case of length of contract. What would you offer him right now 1-2 or 3 years? Lets see what Derby have offered. Most of our sales over last 2 years have gone on longer deals than we had offered and hardly play now just 2 years on.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing....last time we went down nobody wanted him, who says he would have signed it? I don't think he's a huge loss to us IF we get decent players in
Do agree with this. This year was always going to be a big upheaval and we are effectively starting again. Maybe thats not a bad thing. Just feels like it at the moment.
