well think we're "arguing" over technicality as i thought when he went to Roma in 2015 it was on a 1 year loan with agreement to buy so the fee already agreed. I would ,in a purely impartial way obviously,argue that Chelsea would have wanted more in summer 2016.No mate, a year.

City about to spend £100m on 2 new full backs. 50 each on mendy and Walker. Crazy crazy money.
Worth it imo with the money they have.
2 vital positions in the modern game, and they're getting players that fit Pep's style perfectly.
They're going to be seriously good going forward next season. But will concede fairly often.
