Rooney bagged 15 goals the season before last.
Last season he was out of shape and largely on the bench. If he's going to have any real impact he'll have to improve his fitness dramatically, which judging by his obvious weight loss is something that he's worked out for himself. We'll see just how good a fully fit 31 year old Rooney can still be, the jury is out.
Klaassen is a player that Koeman wanted, can he make the step up? same goes for Salah tbf like, and last time the answer was no.
