But I thought you had been watching players for years and years to make sure they would fit you team, why did you leave it so long to use that system?
Could it be that Ranieri implemented it on his own and actually made it work for the long scouted, hand picked players?

Too stupid to even give that a response. You're just too hard work to have a normal conversation with because you don't have any knowledge about how anything works.

Problem is fella, I do (and so do most of the other posters), so making things up (or repeating something you have read) is just going to make things worse.

Why did they ever sign Claudio up to be manager. Walsh was the one to build the team and Claudio just rode the hard work of his.

Shown by how Walsh inspired Everton to finish above the worst champion defence in PL history.

There was nobody else in it because it wasn't open. During the 80's a 13k crowd was big so we simply didn't have the support at the time because it was absolutely awful. It opened in 1992 in Brian Little's first season.

You think it's safer for a 7-13 year old to be in a pen with grown men, crowd surges, violence and police wading in several times a game, where my old man can't keep an eye on me? As opposed to standing in safely in a vacant pen with police either side where he knows exactly where I am?

If you're a parent then I seriously hope you are a little more responsible with your thinking where they're concerned. If you're not a parent then I worry for how irresponsible you might be.

I am a parent and my youngest is now 30, all three of them grew up very happy and safe, not mollycoddled though.
I stood in the main crow as a 7-13 year old, often got passed to the front so I could see (as well as many other kids), what kind of people went to your matches? animals.

Oh well I'm glad to hear it but you're clearly of a different era entirely. If you're youngest is 30 then being conservative you'd be around 60, meaning you would have been 7-13 and on the terraces during the 60's when football wasn't a violent place for a child.

I was there during the 80's when football hooliganism was rife and yes they were animals without a doubt. The Baby Squad were extemely violent and fights would break out every single game and the police would storm into the crowd every single game. This was football in the 80's, it wasn't safe it was a very violent and intimidating place to be but I loved it and was completely safe.

Did you not go to football in the 70's and 80's?

Of course I did, but at that time the crowds were segregated and we didn't fight amongst ourselves.
I will ask again, what type of people go to watch your team and fight amongst themselves making it dangerous for youngsters?
