He's management above all of them you fooking idiot. There is a Head Steward in charge of all the stewards in the stadium and then my old man is in charge of him. He's in the police box during games not in the stands with fans.
And can only find players that can do one thing, slight variation and all that planning, team spirit and loyalty go out the window and they down tools to get the man who won them the league sacked.
We started playing like this in our final nine games of the first season in the PL. That style of play won us seven out of nine then, won us the league and won us more points in 10 games than Ranieri managed in 25.
Ranieri fooked up by changing our style of play away from that which made us successful. He deserved to go end of!
Now we have the bloke who essentially built this team and who is responsible for the team spirit.
We never sign players who can only do one thing either. Iborra can play CB/CDM/AM/ST so pretty versatile.

He's part of the meetings that come from the boardroom meetings, next level down. He then relays info down to the Head Steward. He used to be a steward when he started back in 1971 but he's progressed a little bit since then.
