It's going to take Adkins a long time to analyze this match. Mostly fantastic, but he's never really satisfied. Won't like those 2 goals, but then he'll draw a blue line under it.

just seen the 7 goals on youtube (thanks for the link) and the 5 saints goals were truly sublime. Rickies two, the sublime chip for lala's first, and the amazing through ball for his second, and conolys strike for the third. Must admit Ipswichs first was from 2 wonderfull strikes. their second should have been cleared though, but cant really complain. I can imagine there is a very happy St Markus sitting in heaven smiling at his work!

Chamberlain is an exciting player and full of potential, but we went on the fantastic winning run that got us promoted without him. Lallana is the one we'd struggle without. Don't try and buy him because a slap in the mouth often offends.
