Got very sceptical when it went to 2-3, saints proved me wrong. Incredible! The country must take notice. We are on the up!
still early days,but we are playing some nice total football at times though,let's just take each game at a time and see where that gets us.
Absolutely amazing result tonight, Im happy with Lambert and Lallana as I have both of them in my texaco fantasy football team and Lallana is my captain so I am on for some points on them at least.
I'm not sure you can say the defensive lapse won't worry Adkins - we won't always be 3-0 up at half time, and we will play better teams. But I agree that to come back at them and hit 5 at what I thought would be a bloody tough game is fantastic.
I think other teams will start to take more notice of us now, and I have no idea if that's a good thing or not!
Also, last season I and many others said that we'd be more suited to the Championship because we'd generally be playing teams who play a bit more football on better pitches (not that I mind the odd League One mudbath...). Were we actually right?!

Wow. Watching those goals, all of them were very, very well worked. Very impressed with Lambert's passing and moving for his two. And Adam Lallana really does make Messi look ****e.
