Surely having another local boy that loves Newcastle so much going to big club is good for you?

We're bigger than you, much, much bigger than you. And we're much better supported than liverpool.
 
Liverpool is a sinking ship. Carroll isn't worth 35 mil. I thought we were rejecting because we didnt want to sell. Now that he wants to go, he can **** off and we can have the money.

I would have preffered him to go to manure or to Arsenal or even money grabbing at man city
At least then he could have turned round and said they could offer me champs league!
But l'pool are our level atm they are ****e!
 
When all fail's Mackem's alway's bring's Shearer into it.

Last week Nat Lofthouse a great Bolton player was burried and like Shearer he stayed loyal to his local team.

Loyalty isn't seen in football now, that's life.

If Man U come in for Henderson in the summer will he stay with Sunderland, let's wait and see.
 
To be fair £35mil plus add- ons for a player who was outscored by Adam, Whittingham, Maynard and Chopra last season in the Championship is good business no matter what anyone says.
As long as we replace him and add quality throughout the squad we could do what Sunderland just have and become better overall in our squad.
We already have others who can score for us as evidence by the past few games without him <ok>.
Once this all settles down I think everyone will agree with me, look at Spurs as well with Berbatov if you want to see what a large cash injection can do from one player.

They are doing a grand job of plugging the holes mind signing Carroll and Suarez.

Speaking of holes in the boat , big ****ing lad Andy Carroll, have fun plugging that with the £2million or so Pardew gets to spend in the next 3 hours.
