Obviously I can only speak for myself but when I voted to leave I expected that there would be a high price to pay.
But I wanted my country back.
No objection at all to the trading pact I had initially voted for but I never voted for a political union with Countries I don't trust, or to have our Laws decided by these countries.
So I was expecting a 'hard brexit'.
It will, in my opinion, be a price worth paying.
But in any case the terms are entirely out of our hand. The Countries that remain i9n the EU will decide them.
Not our PM.
Not our Electorate.
And most certainly not our Newspapers.
Trying to blame any or all of these for something that hasn't even been decided yet would be just a touch premature, don't you think?
