Roast chicken tonight, basted in oil and garlic, with broccoli, cauliflower and spinach as sides. A whole roast chicken just for me. I love low carbing :)

Any other low carb tips? My six pack is hidden behind dough :emoticon-0100-smile
Had Memphis rub ribs tonight, which tasted amazing but after a salad for lunch it's hard to get rid of that hungry feeling

Best of luck Gareth, sad to see you go. Losing a cog that truly understands the Saints way is always sad, and you definitely knew what you were doing.
Now, lets scrape off those logo's and get some betting companies to fill the coffers. <blue

What do the other 2% do.? Are they the ones making all the cookery programmes.? Probably not. 2% of 60M+ people is a lot of programme makers. ;)

I thought you were aware that 83.7% of statistics are made up on the spur of the moment and the rest are fiction any way. Somebody said to me the other day that since the cutbacks Hampshire police have more vehicles now than officers to drive them.

Gareth Rogers leaving is little to do with a takeover and everything to do with being frustrated at trying to run the club with one or both hands tied behind his back.
