10 years and you're just in the middle of rebuilding? We know we have to rebuild. Rafa built a team to get us out of the Championship and we are. Now, and it wont be easy due to the huge hike in Sky money the teams staying in the PL will enjoy, he will need to rebuild a team for the PL. As ever i still pray for the Sky money bubble to burst so that English football can get back to normal.
Thats abit of a stupid quote. Every team in the country rebuilds season after season. Chelsea may win the league but theyll have to rebuild again next season as will every other team.
Guess they've had to rebuild every time they've changed managers - wonder how many times that's happened in the last 10yrs???
. Who cares about managerial changes when weve had a full decade in the Prem. Yous should have done the same maybes you might have avoided 2 relegations.
Its called banter you fecking nonce. Thats what forums are for right?? If you want to talk about nibbling ask your mam how her nipples are feeling today.
You said you were in the middle of rebuilding. Not me. You also mentioned 10 years in the PL in the next sentence as if it was relevant and connected. And teams do not rebuild every season so that's a bit of a stupid quote. Teams rebuild over time but most actually reach a peak at some stage. What peak have your lot reached? 10th in 2010/11 and then 13th, 17th, 14th, 16th, 17th and now relegated. Taking you a long to rebuild, that's all I'm saying.
Ok we seem to have crossed wires. Yes weve fecked up badly on transfers but like i said weve had 10 years straight so hopefully its a step back to take 2 forward. Im not happy Moyes is the man thats gona be in charge of doing it but im confident alot of our kids can step up and play with some of the players we keep and hopefully one or 2 quality signings.
That's as maybe, however - you have to ask how much money constantly paying out compensation to sacked managers (And coaching staff) has cost your club - money that could have been invested in the squad of players. That and the fact that every manager has changed style/squad/playing staff each time - no consistency and therefore a rebuild approximately once a year. Moyes was on a loser from day one - poor squad, no money for investment due to years of mismanagement of your club at board level.
Cant argue with that to be fair. 10 years in the Prem is at least a billion pounds worth of Sky money. Weve done things bad but at least weve been in the biggest league in the world whilst doing it.
It's true, you could say 2 more when you conciser how long the temporary manager was in charge while Kinnear was ill, but I gave them that.
If you say so Albert. Delution is strong with this one. Congrats by the way. In for a toughy next season, it's turning back into a 3 league division, you'll see it in terms of quality on the pitch, gonna cost you over a 100m to get you in that middle section. Mid table teams take their chances like the top 4 used to. Deadly fella, such is the quality.
