He may well wish to stay around a while and see what he can acheive with a talented young squad at spurs, in which case fair enough. But if he gets a better offer, rest assured it won't be loyalty holding him back.
Judging by the length of his absence, Google must be failing HIAG.

We'll see. My view of him is that he sees Spurs as a project that he wants to finish.
