If Iremember correctly Poch said he would stay andconsider his position at the end of the season after the man that took him to Saints was unceremoniously dumped by them.

Wasn't he banging everyone's missus back then? probably the first player i ever saw wearing tights under his shorts in winter.

Nah, the Gerrard chant was "the baby's not yours", as it was widely known that his Mrs had been getting a length from a local gangster called Pancake.

I never heard the Carsley one tbh, albeit I'd heard he took some stick which was disgusting if true.

I was a season ticket holder for the first half of the 00s.

I saw all of the Spurs fixtures during that period (obviously, sat in the home seats), and I never heard the Spurs fans sing those kinds of songs.

They probably belonged to the missus of one of the other players, and he was wearing them to take the piss. He probably had the thong G-string of another player's missus under his shorts.

Can anyone think of another transfer that caused more or equal hatred than Sol to the Arse? Baggio from Fiorentina to Juve is the closest i can think of.
