I think it's unlikely, but a fit and trained Fury is being dismissed too readily on here.
Eddie Hearn has announced that Joshua will fight in November or December, but as there's no chance of Tyson Fury being ready for then, he'll most likely be taking on either WBC champion Deontay Wilder or WBO champ Joseph Parker (or possibly one of the mandatory challengers for his current belts, Luis Ortiz and Kubrat Pulev).
They will be praying that Fury sorts himself out in time.
Failing that they'll get one of either Ortiz or Pulev out of the way.

He's had surgery to remove some moles.
