He would be a great addition to our sick bench. I think his historic injury form would complement Studge, Ings, Gomez and co.

yeah thats true he's got as much legs as lucas but he's not a DM... never will be. he was used their by mourinho beside matic in a 4231 to good effect so if thats klopp's plan if real fine ok... whos the guy beside him then?

TBH at 25mil... yeah.. you have to don't you.

he's worth that for 3 years

No thanks to fabregas. When he was leaving Barca I'd have taken him but not now. He's def have a use in our team to help dictate tempo and play but I just think you'd have to have 2 players either side of him to do the donkey work as he can't run around much and defensively he's pretty bad.

Similar with Isco, not sure where he'd fit in our team? If we got 4231 could be one behind striker but he's very similar to Firm, Cout, Lallana, so do we need 4 of those types? We've got enough cover in that role, we need pace the other side so can have Mane and another offering competition or starting together to be electric up top (especially if lacazette plays through the middle!)

    Gini Can
    Mane Firm Cout
    Lacazette

would be nice attacking line up with another quick wide forward on bench or swapping with Cout/Firm.

    No thanks :)

that midfield duo aint up to that job.

I would agree in general on your points about him needing a couple lads beside him. the point would be he's head and shoulder above our lot in vision and assists.

    so..

sorry but looking at that 6 plauyers and saying now to isco and fabregas is mind boggling to me.

I think those players would tell us f off anyway but they are absolutely head and shoulders above our lot.

your point is IF we do 4231. I have no idea what klopp will do as this season 433 was as much a surprise to us all as the singing of wijnaldum was.

The problem with the 433 is that it's useless without Mane on the wing.

I'd argue that the 4231 last season got the best out of the players we had.

In that formation you wouldn't need the midfield 2 tonne creative so they can sit and hold a lot more and let the front 4 go and attack. Where as at the moment midfield are being asked to support a lot more which means leaves us open more to counter.

But i would counter that mane never once played wing this year and was briiliant as was coutinho.

I would actually say our main issue was zero cover so clyne and milner were toast come december and injuries mounted

Every single player bar millner missed some tjme injured this season. Inc wijnaldum. And every time someone was out we were less effective

Fabregas has the best eye for a defence splitting pass in the division imo, not only that he's got the technical ability to then deliver.

10 starts and 9 assists this season (15 sub appearances), he's way better than a squad player sat on Chelsea's bench.

    exactly.

he is just more talented than our lot ergo klopp could use him but thats not the same as saying he would buy him.

25mil is nothing these days (madly)

bournemouth continue to try gamble on kids by looking at Ryan Kent for 3mil

the lad's won barnsely's young player of the year and played 45 game sbut only scored 3 and got 3 assists...

His end product is the main criticism of him... so 3mil is prob fair.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. In a midfield 3 with 1 holding and 2 just in front, he'd be perfect imo. He struggles to get starts at Chelsea as they play with 2 out and out DM's and he's not a No.10 imo, he's more a traditional No.8.

Like I said, James Pearce has said the tumours aren't true and we aren't interested in signing Fabregas

Agree but you need to build a midfield around him and get 2 players to Donte hard work defensively around him. Don't see Klopp doing that. In our team everyone has to be able to be responsible and you'd have to carry fabregas slightly.
