I'm glad i'm not the only one to notice.

This is for me far more the reason why May's been ordered to go now. she's been ordered to get the majority now while the polls are up cos the signals in the economy are not actually favorable but won't be discussed at all.
Yep. They now that the hard brexit they're intent on delivering is going to cause an economic **** storm here, and the extra 2 years they're about to bag themselves will give them a couple of extra years to try and steady the ship before the 2022 election.

So they are confident it can be worked through and don't intend to dump it on someone else then?

I am fairly sure that the intentvof eu is to park uk in limbo for years.

They will want a relatively quick resolution to enable their elections in 2019... but will slap uk wiyh massive leave bill and relocation expenses so no deal on relationship will be done.. nor is one wanted.

So things like flight zones.. oh oh...

Seriousymly... the devil is in the detail here.

Yep, if we have to patrol our airspace against EU invasion it will cost a fortune <ok>

I presume you know all about the common air space stuff etc and are just joking.

There is nowhere i think that we would fly to not going over eu airspace.

it's always nice to be appreciated
Personally the more she says the more i think stupid is more fitting.

You are probably right.

The rumours of her and junker having a barney are clearly coming from the European camp to make her look bad. They have however misread the state of UK politics as the little englander will only see a shouty may as "strong"

she ,if for once she is being honest, really seems to have some very far retched ideas about what we can expect from the Brexit negotiations.
i almost think that her performance since calling the election would have had swung voters towards Labour if they didn't have the Corbyn , McDonnell Abbott axis of incompetence in charge <steam>

Behave, you always go in for far more than you expect or think acceptable and work back from there.

I'm no fan of Abbott and she ****ed up her numbers by what £100m? Which was unprofessional but hardly what it's being portrayed as.

The way this has been spun and wrung out by the Tory press is ****ing laughable, or at least it would be if people weren't daft enough to swallow it ffs. <doh>

The tax revenue their policies would generate is an estimated additional £2.7BN, she was £100m out on the Police numbers, so ****ing what? Is the policy of reversing some of the savage Tory cuts to Police numbers by taxing people copping for huge lumps of inheritance not a good thing? But that's all been lost, and the narrative "You can't trust Labour" has been wheeled out, and the entire policy has barely had a mention.

There's nearly 20,000 fewer Police officers in the UK since 2010, but don't worry you won't have to pay capital gains tax on your massive inheritance, so it's all gravy.

I can't believe people fall for this ****.

I think it is the fact that Labour have already said they would fund extra money to the NHS and schools from the same saving from reversing the Corporate Tax cuts. The total amount they have committed to spend is well in excess of the £2.7bn saving they would make. It is typical of politicians of all party's to hope the punter does not realise this, just like when they announce extra money for something, but announce it several times in slightly different ways to suggest they are spending more than they actually are.

Says who? They've not released their fully costed manifesto yet have they?

Another one who's fallen for the spin it seems <doh>
